Almond Blossoms is a striking work painted in 1890 by Vincent van Gogh. Influenced by Japanese printmaking, it features delicate white almond blossoms set against a vivid blue sky. Van Gogh created the piece as a gift for his brother and sister-in-law to celebrate the birth of their son, whom they named Vincent in his honour.
